Telling a grand story of miniature proportions is what Story tailor is so good at doing. A creative studio that produces hand-made custom miniature gifts, they immortalize people’s unique life stories , turning them into meaningful miniature objects from their life. It doesn’t get more enchanted or personal than this.
We were approached by Story tailor to create a full branding identity and digital design.Upon delivering the first presentation of logo designs we were proud to hit the right spot from the beginning and the rest weaved itself seamlessly.
The inspiration for the logo came from the cross stitch embroidery on even-weave fabrics recognizable by its X-shaped stitches. We presented many patterns to choose from but the final winning moment was when we turned the square tile on a 45 degree angle, giving a “twist” to the traditional even-weave tiles. We kept the remaining patterns to be used in digital presentations so to emphasize how each “story” can be weaved.
